Each book is just $15, with a small percentage of the proceeds benefiting PTO. You may order online through Wednesday, April 23rd. Books will be delivered by May 20th. Any questions please email bridgebooks@japto.info.

School Supplies for 2025-2026 School Year - It's time to pre-order your students' school supplies for next year! We have partnered with a company that will put together all of the supplies that your student's teacher has requested. Supplies will be delivered to the school in August and taken to your student's classroom before the first day of school. Please order for your student’s grade level that they will be entering next year. JA earns $5 on each box.  Here is the link. For questions contact Rebecca Brinkey at schooltoolboxes@japto.info.

PTO Leadership Positions for 2025-26 - For 2025-26, we will have several PTO board vacancies that need to be filled. These positions include President, Vice President, Secretary and Parent-At-Large (1-2 positions). Detailed position descriptions can be found in the JAPTO Bylaws

If you're interested in serving on our PTO Board, we would ask you to please fill out this simple form (which serves as your "Letter of Intent").  A Letter of Intent is required to serve in a PTO Board position for the coming year. Letters are due on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. Nominations for board positions cannot be taken from the floor.

Not quite ready for a board leadership position? There's still the opportunity to serve our school on one of our many PTO committees. We are looking for new leads/co-leads for several committees. Please check out the form for more information and fill it out if you are interested in serving this way. Committee Lead Interest Form  All Committee Lead positions remain open until filled.

It's not about somebody doing everything. It's about everybody doing something.

PTO Annual Meeting - The PTO Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 7 at 6:30 PM in the School Commons. We will elect officers, update our bylaws and most importantly - celebrate our volunteers! We hope you will make plans to join us. Child care is provided.

Report Your Volunteer Hours - Have you attended a PTO meeting (or two), helped plan or cook for a class-sponsored breakfast, assisted in planning a classroom holiday party or otherwise volunteered outside of school hours? If so, please be sure to report any time spent volunteering for Jefferson Academy Elementary during non-school hours using this simple Volunteer Hours Reporting Form. Time contributed during school hours is recorded in the RAPTOR system at school - this form is only for non-school time hours. Your volunteer time matters!
